The news media has most definitely NOT learned from the lessons of 2016. Despite some journalists and editors proclaiming they were going to do some introspection to understand the role the media played in the 2016 election, the news media is falling into some of the same terrible habits that I personally believe helped allow Donald Trump become the current 45th President of the United States in the first place.
